OREGON – A shocking video out of Oregon is sparking national outrage after a 17-year-old high school student had his car window smashed by an ICE agent who yelled, “I don’t care if you’re a U.S. citizen,” before forcibly detaining him. The teen, Christian Jimenez, was reportedly on lunch break from McMinnville High School when ICE boxed in his car and confronted him.
Christian repeatedly told agents he was a citizen. He told them he had done nothing wrong. But the agents didn’t stop. The video shows one officer shattering the driver’s-side window, grabbing the teen, and pulling him out of the car as he screamed for help.
ICE Took Him Anyway — and Held Him for Hours
After violently dragging him out, ICE transported the Oregon teen to a facility in South Portland, where he remained for hours before being released around 7 p.m.
Adding insult to injury, Christian’s brother says ICE is now trying to charge him with “interference or obstruction of investigation,” even though he was the one wrongfully detained…
