A free bus program that travels on Highway 99W between Eugene and McMinnville and stops in Rickreall and Monmouth launched on Nov. 24.
The bus line, called 99 Vine, is a six-month pilot project between Yamhill County and Benton County Transit. It is funded by grant funds from the state.
