This year’s Sherwood Holiday Festival — complete with local parade and tree lighting — is set for Saturday, Dec. 6.
The annual event, sponsored by the Robin Hood Festival Association, kicks off at 4 p.m. with a family-friendly parade featuring floats, the Sherwood High School Marching Band and the Maid Marian Court. As always, Santa will be accompanying the court float.
The parade begins near Southwest 12th Street and Southwest Sherwood Boulevard, heads down the boulevard and ends at Cannery Square Park in Old Town Sherwood…
