HUBBARD Ore. (KPTV) – A man is in custody after an hours-long standoff with tactical police units in Hubbard on Saturday, according to the Hubbard-Donald Police Department.
At about 5:30 p.m., officers with HDPD were sent to the area of Third Street and G Street after the report of an assault with a knife.
Police said they determined the suspect had attacked and injured a man. That victim was treated at a local hospital and has since been released…
