After a surge in local immigration arrests at the end of October, detentions have continued in Woodburn through the past month.
In November, nine people were arrested by U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in Woodburn, with at least one taking place in the past week, according to the Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition.
