PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Officials are asking for the public’s help to identify a man found dead in the Willamette River in Benton County.
On Saturday afternoon, the Benton County Sheriff’s Office said they responded to the west side of the Willamette River near Hyak Park after hearing reports of a body floating in the river.
Deputies said they located the body by boat and removed it from the water.
