Fatal Crash on Berlin Road Claims Life of Lebanon Teen, Several Others Injured

On December 5, 2025, the Linn County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash at Berlin Road and McDowell Creek Drive. The vehicles involved were a 2017 Ram 3500 and a 2002 Mazda B-Series pickup. According to reports, the Mazda did not stop at a posted sign and collided with the Ram. Authorities said alcohol contributed to the crash.

Zayne Hannah-Gray, 19, of Lebanon, was driving the Mazda and died at the scene. A passenger in the Mazda and the driver of the Ram were taken to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. The Mazda passenger had life-threatening injuries. The Ram driver had serious injuries.
