(KPTV) – After dumping nearly five inches of rain in the Portland area, the atmospheric river moved north on Wednesday.
The First Alert Weather Day remained in effect for the Oregon coast due to leftover water and the risk of landslides could still cause problems. The First Alert was lifted just before noon.
