PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 22-year-old motorcyclist was killed on Saturday by a drunk driver, Oregon State police said.
The crash took place on Hwy 99E around 2:30 a.m. at the intersection with Quinaby Road NE in Salem.
