MOLALLA, Ore. — Some residents in Molalla were forced to flee their homes after Level 3 evacuation orders were issued Thursday night as flooding along the Molalla River threatened low-lying areas in Clackamas County.
The evacuations impacted the Shady Dell area, where floodwaters inundated parks, homes and properties after days of heavy rain caused river levels to rise.
