• 4:18 p.m. — BCSO responded to a single-vehicle rollover crash on Southwest Plymouth Drive east of Philomath. A 48-year-old Corvallis man was arrested on charges of first-degree criminal mischief with crime damage, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
