Cold, foggy mornings and chilly, sunny afternoons expected through Wednesday for the Willamette Valley as a dry pattern continues from strong winter high pressure. Mild along the coast with temperatures up to near 60-degrees. Valley temperatures do start to warm by the start of the New Year, but with that comes more rain chances and high snow levels. We did get some decent snow in the Cascades over the Christmas holiday, but rain is briefly expected for Thursday and Friday. More snow should return with a colder air mass on Saturday.
