Three-day “Sip & Savor: A Dry January Experience” Celebrates Innovation, Inclusivity and Mindful Enjoyment
AMITY, Ore. (December 2, 2025) — Brooks Wine, recently named one of the world’s best wineries by the World’s 50 Best Vineyards list and a leader in purpose-driven hospitality and sustainability in the Willamette Valley, will host “Sip & Savor: A Dry January Experience,” its first nonalcoholic beverage celebration and conference, Jan. 9–11, 2026. The three-day celebration will bring together producers, chefs, sommeliers, artists, authors, media and beverage innovators and entrepreneurs for an exploration of nonalcoholic wines, spirits, beers, teas and cocktails.
