Michael Ryan Bowar, the Woodburn 18-year old arrested for allegedly hitting and killing a man while driving under the influence of intoxicants, was indicted Dec. 24.
Bowar is charged with second-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence of intoxicants, three counts of recklessly endangering another person and three counts of second-degree criminal mischief, according to court documents.
