Lebanon fire veterans retire after shaping community safety for years

LEBANON, Ore. – The Lebanon Fire District is marking a significant milestone with the retirement of Division Chief – Fire Marshal Ken Foster and Lieutenant/Acting Battalion Chief Michael Maynard.
