SALEM, Ore. (KPTV) – A convicted murderer could face removal from two public safety boards in Salem.
Kyle Hedquist was appointed to the city’s community police review board in May 2024. He was reappointed in December and appointed to the civil service commission. Now, opposition is growing over his role on both boards.
