On the day after New Year’s, there was nothing sensational to see on my first bike ride of 2026 into Albany’s Willamette Neighborhood. But a building site caught my eye.
This area along the river on the east side of the old part of Albany not ritzy or new. Which is one reason I like it. Another reason is that it’s out of the way and has very little traffic.
