PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A person was rescued after becoming trapped in a car with “water rising up to their neck,” officials said.
On Sunday afternoon, Marion County Fire District No. 1 said crews responded to a person pinned inside a car in the water.
Crews were able to rescue the person using what they called a “roof flap” technique, freeing them and taking them to a nearby hospital.
The person’s status is currently unknown, and it is not clear what led up to the crash…
