Police shoot wrong man during Albany domestic violence incident

Portland, Ore. (KOIN) — Days after officers shot a domestic violence suspectin Albany, officials are saying they shot the wrong person.

On Wednesday, Albany police responded to a home after they received a report that an older brother was holding his younger brother at knifepoint.

When officers arrived, they said they could see through a window in the door that there was one man holding a knife.
