CORVALLIS, Ore. – It’s been almost a decade in the making but OSU is now offering 24-hour emergency ER care for cats and dogs at their small animal clinic.
The emergency clinic has been open for a few months now with a soft roll out seeing success as they have been able to treat cats and dogs suffering from medical emergencies.
