City contracts with a Florida company to install and operate the system
Beginning Jan. 19, motorists traveling through the intersection of Highway 99W and Villa Road will again be subject to a photo red light speed enforcement camera.
NovoaGlobal, a Florida-based company, is installing the system after signing a contract with the city late last year.
Cameras installed in 2024 by Elevate, another Florida company, were removed after it was determined that the electronics necessary to operate the system were insufficient and that Elevate was providing data to the city that was missing essential information…
