A new car wash could be coming to Woodburn.
Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash, a small carwash chain started in Kentucky, has submitted an application for a new approximately 3,070-square-foot car wash on a vacant lot at 1299 N. Pacific Highway in Woodburn.
