The Portland area and much of the Willamette Valley will defrost Sunday morning from an overnight cold weather advisory that saw temperatures drop into the 20’s, but it will stay chilly outside.
Portland is expected to reach a high temperature around 45 degrees on Sunday, the National Weather Service says. Skies should be partly sunny and a slight wind will calm down by the afternoon.
