Dallas quarry, Bend man storing 6,000 tires among Oregon DEQ fines

The Oregon Department of Environmental quality levied 11 penalties in December, totaling $227,030.

Recipients included a Dallas quarry that polluted Rickreall Creek, a Junction City quarry with multiple stormwater violations and a Bend resident storing at least 6,000 used tires on his property.
