A long running skirmish between the city of Newberg and a pair of Portland-area contractors responsible for constructing Crestview Crossing appears to be over.
The Newberg City Council voted unanimously Jan. 29 to settle with Newberg Crestview LLC and its subsidiary, Spring Meadow South LLC, after the contractors filed a lawsuit and an amended complaint in U.S. District Court.
