An unusual listing just hit the market in the Pacific Northwest.

On Monday, Feb. 2, the iconic 92-foot Abiqua Falls outside Scotts Mills, Ore., appeared on the real estate website Redfin. The listing for the year-round waterfall includes more than 40 acres of land, but it came without a price tag.

“The falls are a defining natural feature of the property, shaping both the landscape and its long-term significance,” the listing says. “Water features of this scale and prominence are almost universally public or protected.”…
