YAMHILL COUNTY, Ore. (KATU) — Another suspect has been indicted in the death of a teen found shot and killed in rural Yamhill County in 2023, KATU has learned.
According to court documents, Gabriel James Rivas, 18, was indicted Wednesday on charges of 2nd degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon.
Rivas is being held at an Oregon Youth Authority facility and will be arraigned Friday at 11 a.m., court documents said…
