PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two people and dogs were rescued near the Willamette River in Albany late Tuesday night.
According to the Albany Fire Department, crews responded to Bryant Park just after 10 p.m. after reports of a man and woman in distress.
Two rescue watercrafts, three ambulances and 13 firefighters responded to the scene.
