AMITY, Ore. — Oregon’s wine industry is developing innovative ways to rebound from slumping sales and tariff challenges.

Capitalizing on younger consumers’ interest in curated, immersive experiences, wineries are expanding their group and individual offerings to include activities such as wine tasting to sound waves, blind taste tests and wine-and-junk-food pairings.
