Owners of a controversial waste dumping pit on farmland in Aurora are appealing Marion County’s rejection last month of their application to restart operations.
Greg Wing, of Hubbard-based All-Ways Excavating, built and operated the pit, beginning in the fall of 2023, charging $300 per load to accept waste from industrial vacuum excavation, or vactor trucks, from multiple companies.
