If you are a fan of old farm equipment — and seriously, who isn’t — then the Yamhill County History Museum has a treat in store for you.
As part of its annual “Secrets of the Past” series, the museum has launched what it calls the March Exhibit Extra, which will soon feature a discussion on Allis-Chalmers tractors by someone with detailed knowledge of the brand.
“Join us as Wade Miller leads us through the history of Allis-Chalmers in Yamhill County,” a release said. “As the owner of the local dealership, Wade experienced firsthand the history of this dynamic brand and worked with Oregon farmers to put their tractors in the fields.”…
