SUNDAY, MARCH 15
• 11:17 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 36-year-old Albany woman on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and two counts of reckless endangerment during a traffic stop on Highway 20 about 7 miles west of Philomath. BCSO had responded to a report of a 2005 Ford Freestyle traveling east on Highway 20 that near milepost 10 in Lincoln County had been unable to maintain its lane or speed and nearly struck oncoming vehicles and guardrails. Following the stop near Philomath, the driver was arrested and transported to the Benton County Jail, where a breath sample taken approximately four hours after the initial call registered a .095% blood alcohol content.
