A Beaverton man previously known as the “I-5 Flasher” for driving alongside women motorists and exposing himself to them on Interstate 5 and other highways in Washington state has been arrested in Oregon on similar allegations.
Oregon State Police arrested Charles Porter, 59, on March 18 after a woman driver accused Porter of steering his car next to hers on I-5 near Woodburn while touching himself, staring at her and keeping pace with her car, police said.
The woman called police and officers arrested Porter at his work in Woodburn. He was taken to the Marion County jail and faces a public indecency charge…
