One of Oregon’s most beloved festivals was recently unfairly maligned when it was named only the fourth-best tulip festival in the United States.
According to car rental company Sixt, the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival in Woodburn ranks behind first-place Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in Washington, second-place Texas Tulips and third-place Holland Ridge Farms U-Pick Tulip Fest in New Jersey.
