MARION COUNTY Ore. (KPTV) – A Marion County jury on Thursday convicted Elijah Galaviz Arce on five felony charges in a case involving an 11-year-old girl who was reported missing from her Salem neighborhood last summer.
Court records show jurors found Arce guilty of first-degree kidnapping, second-degree kidnapping, first-degree sexual abuse, attempted first-degree rape and attempted unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.
The case began on Aug. 5, 2025, when the girl was reported missing from her home near Lansing and Kathleen Avenue Northeast. Her family told FOX 12 she had been picking blackberries outside when she disappeared…
