MARION COUNTY, OR — The Oregon State Police (OSP) announced Friday morning that 28-year-old Maria Kilmer, who had been the subject of an intense missing person investigation, has been located safe and unharmed.
Maria Linda Jade Kilmer had been missing since the evening of March 28, 2026, after her vehicle reportedly ran out of gas on Highway 22 near milepost 15. At the time, a witness stated she had departed the scene with an unidentified motorist while traveling toward Salem from Lyons, leaving behind her purse, phone, and identification.
Investigation Concluded: Following a statewide search and numerous tips from the public, OSP officials confirmed on April 3 that Kilmer is no longer in danger. Law enforcement has removed her from all missing person databases…
