I met Councilor Ashley Hartmeier-Prigg in November during our endorsement process. After sharing our questions and concerns, Ashley responded quickly and took action. Her attentiveness, timeliness and willingness to listen made a strong impression on us. It quickly became clear she is the right choice for state representative.

On the Beaverton City Council, Ashley prioritizes construction projects that support good-paying jobs. She has partnered with us to strengthen contract language and establish accountability measures to combat wage theft, showing her dedication to the North Coast States Carpenters.
We are hopeful about the work we are focused on together, making a real impact for working people. Despite current budget challenges, Ashley urges responsible contracting, putting people first and safeguarding the community. If she does this at the city level, I have confidence she’ll bring this level of leadership to Salem, and that’s why you should vote for her by May 19…
