PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man is dead following a car crash on Wednesday, the Corvallis Police Department announced.
The crash occurred on SE Third Street near SE Chapman Place around 3:30 a.m. Officials identified the deceased man as 55-year-old Carlos Cortez of Corvallis.
