Former Silverton doctor pleads guilty to fatal hit-and-run in Woodburn

The former Silverton doctor arrested on suspicion of striking and killing a Woodburn man in a 2024 hit-and-run pleaded guilty April 24 to felony hit-and-run charges, according to court documents.

Kenneth Kolarsky, 59, faces up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $125,000, according to court documents. He is scheduled to appear in Marion County court for sentencing May 12 at 1:30 p.m.
