WOODBURN, Ore. (KATU) — Residents were urged to stay away from a stretch of Arney Road in Woodburn as investigators worked an officer-involved shooting that killed a 37-year-old man.
The Woodburn Police Department asked the public to avoid the 16000 block of Arney Road Northeast in Woodburn due to an active police investigation just before 2 a.m. on Sunday, May 3.
