SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Mountain America Credit Union is addressing customer backlash amid a system update the company recently conducted.
“Last night, as we began our scheduled system update, some members experienced intermittent issues with debit and ATM card transactions,” the company said on social media Saturday. “We understand how critical it is to have uninterrupted access to your funds, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
