SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — California Avenue on-ramp is closed due to a spillage.
Just after 10:00 a.m., officials from both Salt Lake City Police Department (SLCPD) and Utah Highway Patrol (UHP) responded to a spill on California Ave. It is unknown where the substance came from and what the substance is.
