SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — Search and Rescue teams were dispatched to Little Cottonwood Canyon after a climber fell 30 feet, injuring their ankle and shoulder on Saturday afternoon.
Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue (SAR) reported on Saturday that at 3:15 p.m., they were dispatched to an injured climber on the Pentapitch route in Little Cottonwood Canyon.

The call came from the climber’s friend, who said the patient had fallen 30 feet from the fourth pitch, injuring their ankle and shoulder. The extent of the injuries was not released…
