SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A murder charge has been filed against the man who allegedly fatally shot another man at Liberty Park on Sunday.
Dylan McDonald, 21, has been charged with murder, a first-degree felony. He is accused of killing 25-year-old Marquise Resendez — known in the community as Kratos — on Aug. 2 following an argument at Liberty Park.
According to the newly filed indictment, the Salt Lake City Police Department (SLCPD) responded to a “shots fired” call at Liberty Park, with witnesses pointing them to McDonald.
