SANDY, Utah (ABC4) — A two-year-old is in critical yet stable condition following a near drowning at an apartment complex pool in Sandy.
Just before 9 p.m. on Sunday, the Sandy City Police Department responded to a drowning emergency at an apartment complex near 8942 S Cobblegate Drive.
Upon arrival, officers learned that a two-year-old child had been under the water for less than one minute before being pulled out and receiving CPR.
