Severe thunderstorm watch issued for Wasatch Front, northern Utah

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A severe thunderstorm watch was issued for much of northern Utah Sunday afternoon as strong storms threatened parts of the state.

The National Weather Service’s Storm Prediction Center issued the watch at 3:30 p.m. Sunday. It remained in effect until 10 p.m.
