Riverton mother faces felony DUI charge after crashing with three children in car

RIVERTON, Utah (ABC4) — A Riverton mother is accused of crashing into another vehicle while driving under the influence with her three young children — one of whom was only a few weeks old — in the car.

Brea Marie Lynn Kunz, 27, has been charged with driving under the influence with two or more priors, a third-degree felony; three counts of reckless endangerment, a Class A misdemeanor; three counts of driving under the influence with a passenger under 16 years old, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, a Class C misdemeanor…
