SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A man has been arrested after he allegedly used a gun to threaten and rob his girlfriend and three other people who were helping him move.
Dustin Disney, 41, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated robbery, four counts of threat of violence, and electronic communication harassment.
According to the arrest document, Disney was preparing to move with his girlfriend, and three other people were helping them with the move. Disney and his girlfriend began arguing because the girlfriend learned that he was already married to someone else. Disney left and then reportedly returned with a concealed handgun.
