SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 26, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — There was a large police presence in Salt Lake City’s near west side early Saturday morning after multiple reports of gunfire and vehicles speeding from the scene near 565 South 600 West shortly before 1 a.m.
SLCPD Lt. Joshua Moody told Gephardt Daily, the gunfire erupted in a parking lot north of the Plumhouse, an after-hours social club in SLC’s increasingly popular Granary District.
When officers arrived, they found multiple shell casings strewn across the parking lot, but there were no immediate reports of injuries…
