New filing in ‘Mormon Stories’ lawsuit cites trademark battle between RHOSLC star and Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A new motion filed in the ongoing legal battle between the ‘Mormon Stories’ Podcast and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints argues the lawsuit should be dismissed based on additional evidence, including a Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star’s book and trademark application.
